could this be true? german gouvernment and computers, the infamous "neuland". where digitalisation consists of the possibility to download a pdf, print it, sign it, and either send the signed print per snail mail oder scan it and send it per email ... where they spend hundreds of millions of euros on license fees for m$ and all the politicians think they are on top of modern development ... dunning-kruger-it ...
