This week I spent one of my support sessions at the local Y. It's a long time since I've played with a ball, never formally played basketball or netball, only the once in primary school, but it was so much fun. We did some simple shooting and passing stuff, up and back and it was the best fun. I'm considering getting a membership just for this. It feels really good to get moving again post lockdown, even if it did take me a little while.

There's a queer sports association that plays near here and I've been invited to have a go at that. Apparently they take everyone, all ages and identities etc, so yeah, more practise.
