As far as I can tell, the chances of you getting ill and dying are 100% and so unless you want to charge exorbitant premiums for those who are already likely to be afflicted (the elderly, the very young, and sufferers of chronic illness) it doesn't work. And if you do charge extra them extra then you're a heartless bastard.
