Of course there are absolutely no historical grounds for accuracy of the story as it's written in the book and most stories claim that the "plot" was made up and Esther used her position to manipulate the king and slaughter her enemies mercilessly.
Having the historical accuracy asside, the reference to the fiction story is a call for genocide and judging by what Israel is doing in Gaza, should not be taken lightly.
Just imagine if this was posted by an Iranian official calling for mass murderer of Jewish people just because they are Jews
