Da hat #Salesforce wohl die E-Mail irgendwie an eine andere Person verschickt, Vorname.Nachname stimmt, aber die Domain hinter dem @ ist falsch. Damit sind dann interne Probleme und auch Interna an eine externe Person gegangen.
Salesforce ist auch bisschen bescheiden als #Ticketsystem, aber nun ja wenn man nicht das richtige Werkzeug hat, dann kommt hinten auch nicht immer alles richtig raus.
