How to build a Web site: provision hardware that can be expanded as the site grows, serve pages. How NOT to build a site: make a tiny server that makes Web pages, then outsource to a third-party spying CDN like #clownflare ... you're killing and centralising the #www ... it's NOT free. They're a FOR-PROFIT corporation.
