Of course #eon / #eonNext / #npower did not phone me back (escalated to management) any time today (it's midnight) and it remains to be seen whether they will bother on Monday. Avoid them. They're a very malicious company hiding behind a curtain of #greenwashing while BUYING customers without earning them.
