#eon / #eonnext is a joke of a company. It took over #npower and treats customers of NPower not like clients but peasants. 2 weeks ago I escaplated and they broke a promise of higher-up phoning me back. So a week later I opened a complaint. A week has passed and NOTHING was done. Nothing.

#eon / #eonNext are soooo annoying. The customer disservice people are trained to obstruct and it took me more than 15 minutes just to get them to accept that I can file a complaint with them. They keep going round and round in loops. #npower was so much better, but eON swallowed them...

#eon / #eonNext told me a week ago (on Friday) a boss would phone me back. But nobody phoned me back. I kept waiting. Now they keep me on the line for aaaaaagggggesss, just waiting to ask them why they did not keep the promise and did not phone back. #npower takeover should have been blocked! eON abuses customers.
