Here he is, the new kid on the block !
This is 😺Puro💙, pictured on #Aica´s birthday and only a couple of days old.
He was born to a semi-wild stable cat who had been on the pill all of her life, except this time it was forgotten.
The mother showed no maternal instincts whatsoever, so Puro was transferred to @saijaszoo for emergency care. No other kittens were found on the premises, little Puro made just enough noise that a human noticed him.
As we all know, Saija is doing everything humanly possible for this youngster. Whether Puro will make it, only time will tell. I last checked with Saija late on Friday night and the little one was doing OK.
There might be a medical issue with Puro´s eyes, but as it cannot be either verified or ruled out at this moment I won´t go into that now.
If and when I have the chance, I will keep you updated in the comment section to this post.
