Black whipsnake dies after trying to swallow a hedgehog.
Meanwhile, in #Israel... A black whipsnake died after trying to swallow a #hedgehog in Shoham.
An ecologist of the Nature and Parks Authority, who was called out to the place where the two animals were found, said that the #snake had tried to devour the hedgehog and as soon as it decided to abandon his unusual feast, it realised the magnitude of its mistake. Ultimately both animals died in the tragic encounter. #nature
