#nhs #england is being attacked by the regime of #tories (privatisation drive) to the point where unless you're dying or something it's hard to get medical care. Meanwhile our regime hands over football clubs to people who literally cook journalists, then fills up stadiums with people who later overwhelm the NHS. Logic??

We demand the Government restore England’s publicly funded, publicly provided NHS by reversing all privatising legislation, ending ongoing PFI contracts, and scrapping plans for Integrated Care Systems and for-profit US-style ‘managed care’.

Phone #nhs to book appointment. You are placed on a queue. "You are caller number 28" (that's at 11AM, which should be quiet!). HALF AN HOUR later: "You are caller number 20". So I expect that after about 2 HOURS on the phone I might be able to book something. 2 HOURS! Hope the battery lasts that long (landline).

#tories are crippling the #health services; 3 weeks for referral from GP to private company. That's just to book the appointment! Does not take account of time to see GP! #nhs privatised, and services made worse (non-free number! An hour on phone just to book appointment! They should hired more staff to answer calls!)
