Je parle de mon corps comme s'il était une partie de moi, mon esprit en serait une autre...
Je ne sais pas exactement si ce sont vraiment des parties différentes de moi, je considère en tout cas qu'elles sont liées et fonctionnent en contribution l'une avec l'autre.
J'aime penser que mon corps est mon temple, il est sacré car c'est lui qui me permet d'expérimenter le monde physique. J'aime aussi à penser qu'il est mon ami, il me porte, me supporte et a enduré tout ce que je lui ai fait subir depuis ma naissance. J'aime enfin à penser qu'en étant pleinement une, corps et esprit ensemble, alors je peux vraiment expérimenter la joie profonde, la gratitude, et toucher à la perfection de la Vie.
Je souhaite à chacune et chacun de vivre une belle relation à son corps, autant que possible même s'il exprime douleur, maladie et handicap. Ce qui est un défi peut-être, voire sûrement.
