6-8 large #carrots, diced

Serves approximately 4. You can store the excess juice in the refrigerator.

Prepare the items above and pass them through a slow (macerating) juicer. Collect the juice and drink within 24-48 hours.

If you don’t have a #slow #juicer, you can still make this in a standard juicer machine - just pour the #juice through a strainer to remove some of the pulp.

If you have a worm farm, the pulp will make an excellent food for the worms to break down.

Bettflucht, Gähnen, ein genickter Gruß in Richtung der einzigen anderen Wohnung jenseits der Straße, die auch schon von Licht erfüllt ist. Der Morgen in aller Klarheit: Erkennen, dass das Fenster des Heimbüros das ganze Wochenende über offen stand. Aus dem Frösteln des Erwachens wird kurzzeitiges Frieren, während das Kaffeewasser zu kochen beginnt. Vor allem anderen: Staub wischen. Maschinen starten. Etwas Platz schaffen. Dinge beiseite räumen, an denen man sonst, körperlich oder geistig, im Ablauf bis zum Nachmittag hängen bleiben könnte. Es ist früh am Montag, und je weniger vermeidbare Hindernisse, desto besser. Kommt gut in die Woche!
