Am 17.11.23 kam das #Remake für #Super-Mario-RPG für die #Switch heraus.
Super Mario RPG ist ein Remake des Spiels Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars aus dem Jahr 1996. Ich gucke gerade das Let`s Play bei Domtendo, da ich mir noch nicht sicher bin, ob das ein #Spiel für mich ist. Die #Grafik ist schonmal der Hammer und der #Soundtrack von Yoko Shimomura (vom Originalspiel) wurde neu arrangiert und orchestriert. Wunderschön gemacht! Das Lied unten hat mein Herz sofort gewonnen. ❤️
Viel Spaß beim hören und/oder zocken. ✌️😎

Sweet combination of old dusty beats, weird keys, ambiances & oriental vibes, this journey through the landscapes of my mind will make you fly to some unknown territories...

As I have been working pretty hard in the past 3 years on different live sets, it has been quite a long road full of detours for this album to see the light! I can remember myself, in front of all my gears, night after night, building it up slowly slowly between the making of the sets, the live sessions, and the festivals.

So many tracks on the way, it's always quite a trip to pick a good bunch of them, to really go deeper in the production,
and... to finalize an album that "makes sense"!

Thank you all for your support along the way, on the dance floor and on the net, each of your words and your gestures towards me have been a gift! So here it is, filled with the Velvet touch: Enjoy the trip!

Sehr schöner #Soundtrack zu einem bezaubernden #Spiel. 💙

Der Spieler steuert Ori, einen weißen Schutzgeist des Waldes. Vor langer Zeit wurde Ori in einem Sturm, der eine Kette verheerender Ereignisse in Gang setzte, vom Geisterbaum getrennt und von dem bärhaften Wesen Naru adoptiert und aufgezogen. Im Prolog ist zu sehen, wie der Geisterbaum viele Jahre später nach Ori ruft und anschließend der Wald Nibel (der Ort, an dem das Spiel stattfindet) im Sterben liegt. Mangels Nahrung stirbt Naru, was Ori wieder zu einem Waisenkind macht. Voller Trauer und ohne Hoffnung geht Ori hinaus in den Wald, bis es seine Kräfte verlassen und es stirbt. Mit letzter Kraft belebt der Geisterbaum Ori wieder, sodass es sich auf eine Suche begibt, deren Ziel es ist, dem Wald Nibel wieder zu seinem alten Glanz zu verhelfen. Gleich zu Beginn findet Ori ein Lichtwesen namens Sein, welches sich als das Licht und die Augen des Geisterbaums zu erkennen gibt, und Ori fortan auf dessen Mission leitet und beschützt. Ori ist anfangs sehr schwach und kann selbst keine Feinde angreifen, sodass dieser Part von Sein übernommen wird. Im Laufe des Abenteuers gewinnt Ori immer mehr Fähigkeiten hinzu, wodurch es möglich wird, neue Bereiche zu erkunden.
