I was looking for a subject to #photograph at lunchtime. I couldn't find ay bees but I did get this shot of a blue #fly which briefly landed on the top off a wheelie bin. Not the most beautiful of animals but I suppose it's a matter of judgement. The iridescence of its wings is nice.

The #Apple #Tree is producing many #blossoms this year and so, with luck we'll have plenty of #fruit come the end of #summer and #autumn. I hope the local #pollinators will get their just desserts for their efforts.
