La batteuse Lucie Antunes hypnotise l’assistance de Ground Control avec la beauté minimaliste de Carnaval, son deuxième album.
Depuis son entrée au conservatoire à sept ans, Lucie Antunes n’a pas lâché la musique. Après ses études, elle se tourne vers le pop-rock et fait ses débuts en tant que percussionniste au sein de Moodoïd et Aquaserge ou au côté de Susheela Raman et Yuksek. Après avoir fait ses armes avec brio, Lucie Antunes décide de passer de passer sur le devant de la scène.
En 2019, Lucie Antunes dévoile un premier projet en solo avec Sergeï - un album envoûtant où résonne une techno organique et sensible. Portés par l’association de batteries, marimbas, vibraphones, percussions, métaux résonnants et autres synthés modulaires, cet opus développe un univers singulier où affleurent les influences de John Cage et de Steve Reich.
C’est son deuxième album que Lucie Antunes offre au public de Ground Control. Pour mettre au point Carnaval, opus créé avec la complicité de Léonie Pernet, la percussionniste a ajouté un nouvel instrument à sa panoplie percussive : la voix. De quoi rendre sa musique encore plus hypnotique !
