If some place refuses to accept cash, you have two options: 1) ask upfront and walk away in protest (if answer is "no"). 2) order, not knowing if cash is expected/accepted. If they prepare something but cannot accept your payment, then you punish them for it. (2) is more painful to them. #WarOnCash
