• Taking hostages as WC;
• Rape and other acts of sexual violence as CaH and also WC in the context of captivity;
• Torture,
• Other inhumane acts, as CaH in the context of captivity;
• Cruel treatment,
• Outrages upon personal dignity, as WC in the context of captivity.

⬥ against #Netanyahu, and #Gallant:

• Starvation of civilians as a method of warfare as WC;
• Wilfully causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or health, or cruel treatment as WC
• Wilful killing, or Murder as WC;
• Intentionally directing attacks against a civilian population as WC;
• Extermination and/or murder, including in the context of deaths caused by starvation, as CaH;
• Persecution as CaH;
• Other inhumane acts as CaH.
