BREAKING NEWS: Judges at the International Criminal Court ( #ICC) have issued #arrest warrants for Israel’s prime minister and former defence minister, as well as Hamas's military commander.
A statement said a pre-trial chamber had rejected Israel’s challenges to the court’s jurisdiction and issued warrants for Benjamin #Netanyahu and Yoav #Gallant.
A warrant was also issued for Mohammed Deif, although the Israeli military has said he was killed in an air strike in Gaza in July.
The judges found “reasonable grounds” that the three men bore "criminal responsibility" for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity during the war between Israel and Hamas. Both Israel and #Hamas have rejected the allegations.
It's confirmed, Yahya Sinwar, the head of the Hamas and the architect of the October 7 attack and a year of resistance against Israeli occupation is dead.
- In a press conference from the Gaza border, Israeli War Minister Yoav #Gallant officially claimed the assassination of Yahya Sinwar and said that he thanks the elements of the army and Shabak for carrying out this assassination operation.
- Gallant said that the assassination of Sinwar is a message to the families of Israeli prisoners that the regime will do anything to return these prisoners.

The International Criminal Court announced that it is filing arrest warrants for colonial prime minister Benjamin #Netanyahu and colonial war minister Yoav #Gallant, on the grounds that they have committed war crimes in their aggression on #Gaza. The charges leveled against them include intentional starvation, extermination, and persecution.
