Back from the swamps & jungle of the South, returned to the urban jungle.
First spring walk in Central Park, and of course I stopped at my 'power spot'.
Why that? It's a serene little cove of the lake, where I took a photo - this exact spot - decades ago, and it became a book cover.
A bit weird for me still, with such strong memories of first returning to the walk at the tail end of the height of the Pandemic.
