I made some #soup for dinner. The main ingredients were #tomatoes, #cauliflower, #celery and #GreekYogurt along with the usual #onion, #garlic and #seasoning. Not bad at all even if I do say so myself with some #bread.
Made #Yogurt for the first time in years.
Since I have diabetes, I was told by my doctor to avoid fruit mixed yogurt, giving me no other choice than making my own.
2L milk, gave a full liter of yogurt and some extra at the pot.
The price is the same, including electricity. But I decide the taste and it's fresh.
If I buy milk when it's alsmost at the expiration date, I can get it even cheaper.
