Then at 37:50 we see multiple buildings that are fuming They are not burning, there is no fire visible, but these building are releasing MASSIVE amounts of smoke.

It is import that we use language that reflects our observations.
The weapon used is not a laser. Tactical Lasers have a very short range in the atmosphere. They also burn everything including plastic.
The term "directed energy weapon" is the best we have I guess, but #DEW is still inadequate, this weapon exploits physics that 99.9% of mainstream college educated western scientists currently do not even know exists.
I have no idea how the weapon transmits energy, but the end result is clearly "cold fusion" also known as LENR
If this is the same weapon used on 9/11 it is essentially able to create tiny "ball lighting " inside anything that conducts electricity (METAL) from a distance.
