Hawaiian health advocate, Michelle Melendez of StandTogetherHawaii is joined by Arrow Tree Branch (a pseudonym), who has just spent 2 weeks in #Maui and he brings with him an amazing artifact that he says he sifted out of the #ashes where there was melted aluminum 20 feet away: a toad that was flash-carbonized in mid-leap, which he suspects was likely done by the Directed Energy Weapons that were deployed against innocent civilians going about their day on August 8th, 2023.

It is import that we use language that reflects our observations.
The weapon used is not a laser. Tactical Lasers have a very short range in the atmosphere. They also burn everything including plastic.
The term "directed energy weapon" is the best we have I guess, but #DEW is still inadequate, this weapon exploits physics that 99.9% of mainstream college educated western scientists currently do not even know exists.
I have no idea how the weapon transmits energy, but the end result is clearly "cold fusion" also known as LENR
