All heavy military equipment, including tanks, as well as the #Wagner PMC fighters themselves, completely left the territory near the headquarters of the Southern Military District in Rostov-on-Don, #TASS correspondent reports.

Eye witness report confirm that the M-4 going into #Rostov from the South has opened. Now there is Still a small police presence but traffic running very fast.

Wagner PMC Fighters are preparing to leave Rostov-on-Don

The Mercenaries are collecting their things and getting into the military equipment deployed there as they are preparing to return to the rear bases

The criminal case against Prigozhin will be dropped; PMC Wagner fighters as members of the SVO will receive legal immunity. The Duma will make appropriate decisions in the coming days.
