I Can’t Stop Loving You

Kezia Gill and Dr. K (2023)

“I Can’t Stop Loving You” was the B side of Don Gibson’s “Oh, Lonesome Me” back in 1957, but most people remember Ray Charles’ recording in 1962.

By the way, this piano, in St. Pancras railway station in London, was donated by Elton John in 2016.

Here’s “I Can’t Stop Loving You” performed by Kezia Gill on guitar and Dr. K on piano in 2023. It’s a great performance.

Have you ever listened to this song all the way through? It's actually quite "dark." That's exactly what makes it perfect for The Dead South. The Dead South is a Canadian bluegrass band known for "In Hell I'll Be In Good Company." This track is from the album Easy Listening for Jerks Pt. 1, billed as "The Carter Family meets Addams Family."
