My Ruby Roo has found long buried bones in the back yard. She has a collection of four or five. Some look like they have been gnawed on by squirrels. Most like they have been unearthed in a canine paleontology dig.
And she wonders why they can't come into the house with her. They are her toys after all, right?

In the past I rolled my eyes when presented with an 'emotional support' animal.
Service animals, trained for specific tasks, absolutely.fine.
Amazon/Temu animal harnesses with vague wording on unfocused pet animals, not so much.
I would ( as of this time ) not try to pull something like that.
But my new dog has become a emotional support animal. That is something new for me.
I'm not going to try to take her to inappropriate locations. Not fair to her, others, and legit service animals.

Joint splash and mudfest at the lake with two dogs, not too long ago. A cold-ish winter day, they sure didn't mind getting wet and dirty and all. It shows.

Fortunately most of the dirt fell off from the following walk through the woods, one towel each was enough. They both slept off their excitement all afternoon into the very late evening.
