A rose growing out on the 2nd story window ledge. This is one I named a 'Rose of Summer' from a few Summers ago.

England: University of Cambridge findet seltene Malereien auf dem Dachboden
The first bloom of our "rambling rose" (could be a climbing rose for all I know XD) that we struck off a cutting about 18 months ago! Certainly took it's time but it got there.
You can see in the pot the old cutting, pretty much dead wood now, and the first shoot off to the right, which took an age to grow. The long branch grew from a shoot in less than 6 weeks and began to bud early last week. Prolly time to re-pot and make a bit of a trellis.
