I was on a walk the other day and came across a pile of #timber. I also happened to have my #camera with me and I liked the #GeometricPatterns and #Colours I saw.
In this one, you can see the #ConcentricRings of the #TreeTrunk plus some radial splitting of the #wood.
Here's another one where you can also see evidence of the cutting blade.
A #Semicircular tree trunk.
This last one is of a distorted, non-circular section with correspondingly distorted rings.

Quand j'étais bûcheronne, dès que j'entendais "Timbeeeeer !", je me poussais. Un réflexe de survie, hein, oui, voilà. Mais qui suis-je pour vous expliquer qu'il y a un 5 mètres cubes qui va nous tomber sur la yeule et que la moindre des choses c'est d'essayer de ne pas se faire écraser, bah bah bah...
