Due to all kinds of trouble I have been a bit handicapped, and for the last week or so I have had a hard time using my right hand. So this one page comic is made solely with my left hand! I have realised that I am terribly unambidextrous and it has been a bit of a fight, but also interesting. After almost six month of being hindered by some sort of gout or other arthritis, I have at least learned some new motor skills and I have also been reading a lot... among the reading you will find the Quran which inspired this comic page.

El especial atractivo que tiene la brujería para las mujeres se explica por la debilidad moral inherente al sexo femenino, tal como indican su inferioridad física y el ejemplo de Eva, que, al ser tentada por la serpiente en el Edén (Génesis, 2), arrastra a Adán en su caída. La creencia en que la mujer es por naturaleza pecaminosa puede sorprender a primera vista al lector contemporáneo, más familiarizado con la concepción victoriana de la mujer como guardiana del hogar y centro del bienestar moral tanto de los hombres como de la familia. Sin embargo, esta concepción de la moral ligada al género es relativamente reciente. Aún a finales del siglo XVIII, en el mundo inglés se consideraba que las mujeres eran moralmente más débiles, licenciosas por naturaleza y necesitaban el consejo espiritual y moral de los hombres. Por este motivo, en los dos siglos precedentes, se daba por sentado que las mujeres corrían un riesgo mayor de caer en pecado y eran por tanto más susceptibles de ser seducidas por el Diablo para practicar la brujería.
