I sat down, connected with my Team and asked, “What should we write about this week?”

A picture popped into my head, followed by, “Just share.”

Two simple little words. But putting into words what I experienced isn’t so easy. I know, I tried on the weekend with a Zoom group I host.

Ah, OK, this is nice. I've watched her and wondered how she'd fit in, "in Brian's shoes", and repartee with panelists.
My take is that she is smart, "feisty" (is that sexist?), let's say a nice blend of tough, pointed, and - gotta say - "snarky", or with a bit of skeptical attitude. And she meshes well with the first-string panelists. So.... Congratulations to her, and for viewers, voila.
