engineering implies something more well calculated, and, has an assuring mislead to apply it to such complex systems. it evokes a dangerous overconfidence, in both ability and intent, in those perpetrating/deploying such interventions. This is an area we really needed "more eyes make all bugs shallow"...

Handlungsfeld "Technische Grundlagen und Strukturen für OER und #OEP etablieren"
OER werden sich erst dann nachhaltig etablieren, wenn eine einfache Handhabung der Materialien auch technisch sichergestellt ist. Für den Einsatz in der Breite muss es unkompliziert sein, verschiedene Medientypen zu mixen, Materialien heterogenen Zielgruppen entsprechend anzupassen und aufgrund neuer Entwicklungen zu aktualisieren.

Das PDF ist mit InDesign erstellt und gegen Textkopieren geschützt.

BTW: Ich hatte mich kurz gewundert, dass die sich mit so schnödem Zeugs wie OER beschäftigen, wenn doch KI und Blockchain fördertechnisch aktuell viel heißerer Scheiß sind.
