Oh happy days....
Got a few tubes of cheese with me back to #France!
- Shrimp cheese
- Elk meat and cheese
- Bacon and cheese
- Ham and cheese
Just waiting for my mint, Thai basil, Iranian Basil, cherry tomatoes. Cucumbers and other plants to be ready to enjoy them on the coming months.
No need to be refrigerated and can be used until March or September 2024

Early breakfast with homebaked #bread.
Let the bread cool down over night and woke up early to catch a train. Used 2 pieces of the part with olives, herbs and fried onions to make a few swedish Smörgås with one topping (my first store bought tomatoes since May 2022).
The results are great, but needs improvements.
- Less #cheese, or higher flour/cheese ratio.
- A little more salt
- let the bread rise a bit more before putting it in the oven
- Try making it with whole wheat instead of the one with seeds in it
- No fried #Onions (doesn't add up to my smörgås taste that well
And to make sure I have good sandwich:
- Need more toppings for my smörgås
So, overall, it was a hoot try. Have bread for 11 more breakfast that I will freeze and take out when needed.

Five corporate suppliers to Walmart and Ørsted have signed a group power purchase agreement (PPA). The five Walmart cohort supply chain providers will purchase wind energy from Ørsted’s Sunflower Wind farm in Marion County, Kan. Amy’s Kitchen, Great Lakes Cheese, Levi Strauss & Co., The J.M. Smucker Co. and Valvoline Inc. have collaborated to execute an aggregated purchase of renewable energy. Over the 12-year term of the agreement, the purchase is expected to generate approximately 250,000 MWh annually of new renewable power.
