I really hope that we can release on vinyl again this year. Unfortunately, it’s so expensive at the moment that you would have to charge prices that are then somehow no longer „underground“. We’ll see. So long streaming will probably play a role. At least it offers the advantage that people can listen to it who couldn’t and wouldn’t afford a vinyl record from Europe.

I’m particularly pleased that 2022 has also added a few listeners in Africa. Otherwise, Germany and the USA are by far our center. For a few years, Colombia has actually been almost on par. There must be a big scene there, but we have no contact with it. All continents are represented. That’s a good feeling.

Otherwise, what’s new is that China is obviously increasingly using „Western“ streaming services. We are represented there anyway with the China internal services.

Overall, it is as always, we do not have many fans but good! We pay attention to quality! 🙂

Ich hoffe sehr, dass wir dieses Jahr wieder auf Vinyl releasen können. Leider ist das im Moment so teuer, dass man Preise verlangen müsste, die dann irgendwie nicht mehr „underground“ sind. Mal sehen. So lang wird wohl Streaming eine Rolle spielen. Hat immerhin den Vorteil, dass das auch Menschen hören können, die sich so und so keine Vinylplatte aus Europa leisten könnten und wollten.

Ich freue mich besonders, dass 2022 auch in Afrika paar Zuhörer dazu gekommen sind. Sonst ist mit Abstand Deutschland und die USA unser Zentrum. Seit ein paar Jahren ist Kolumbien eigentlich fast gleichauf. Es muss da eine große Szene geben, zu der wir aber keinen Kontakt haben. Sonst sind alle Kontinente vertreten. Ein gutes Gefühl.

Sonst ist neu, dass in China offensichtlich vermehrt „westliche“ Streamingdienste benutzt. Wir sind da ohnehin bei den China internen Diensten vertreten.

Insgesamt ist es wie immer, wir haben nicht viele Fans dafür gute! Wir achten auf Qualität! 🙂

Keep it primitive!

Short Tutorial for simple Blues patterns in the key of E Major.

Playing blues has a lot to do with feeling. You don’t need to learn too difficult fingerings. In this video, only the simple, open E major chord is used. Use the pinky for some color and two hammer-ons to make it look complex. The rest is rhythm. Rhythm baby!
