Researchers from The Children's Hospital Westmead in Sydney, Australia have determined what causes SIDS, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. It's a brain defect, and nobody's fault.

The team is hopeful that in the next few years screening tests can be developed to identify at-risk kids, and eventually devise treatments or a cure. And maybe now, we can stop blaming parents for the death of the child they just lost.
