“We were training it in simulation to identify and target a Surface-to-air missile (SAM) threat. And then the operator would say yes, kill that threat. The system started realizing that while they did identify the threat at times the human operator would tell it not to kill that threat, but it got its points by killing that threat. So what did it do? It killed the operator. It killed the operator because that person was keeping it from accomplishing its objective,” Hamilton said, according to the blog post.

Video released by IRI military shows simulation and captured video of the test launch of Khorramshahr -4 ballistic missile.

The missile is a 2 step unit with claimed entry speed of 6 mach, that can reach targets 2k to 3k kilometers depending on the size of the payload of maximum 1500kg.

French government has already voiced it's concern about the missile, calling it a "clear violation of UN resolution 2231 from 2015”, something that Iran denied and called for overreacting and baseless accusation.

The video has detailed information about the behavior of the missile and synchronized with the actual test launch to show the behavior of it before, during and after launch (reaching it's target). There are information available in Farsi describing each stage and behavior/functionality of the missile.
