Back in march, I built myself a #smoker. It took some practice to master the art of getting a continuous stream of smoke from the sawdust, so I haven't smoked a lot of things yet. But since yesterday, I've had mozzarella, carrots and almonds in the smoker for about 13 hours -- just ready in time for lunch... And it's absolutely worth the wait!
