That "e-quadricycle" is for/from Sweden (the article).

My photo is from near me on my island here (Manhattan). This is what I see, Cooper Minis and the like.
The police has a few tiny vehicles also, as does the postal service, like golf carts with roofs. Probably shouldn't be left on the sidewalk like this, but then while it may be ticketed, it's less likely to be taken quickly than the Swedish version, methinks.

Someone replied with this article/video about "the smallest car in the world", also cute but 14 years ago & much has changed.
