- Fortunately, I saw this movie before Covid hit in 2020. It is astounding! I also read the South China Morning Post. There were early reports of a contagious respiratory disease. A small, red light, the size of a Christmas tree ornament was flashing.
When Covid was in full force, US officials, especially the Center for Disease Control (CDC) totally fucked up. I knew the history of major respiratory diseases in America, and the idiotic anti-masks groups. I refreshed my memory and read about those historical events again. History was repeating itself.
- To the best of my knowledge, I knew what to do, and avoid. I never contracted Covid. The ignorance I experienced during the worst of Covid was everywhere. It was high and wide, even in medical environments, no masks, crowded areas, little to no ventilation. I realized I was in ‘The Land of You’re On Your Own’.
History is going to repeat itself.

Protect the NHS and All Healthcare

We urge the Government to implement a policy requiring mask wearing in all healthcare settings including hospitals, clinics and GP practices for staff, visitors and patients. An FFP2 minimum should be mandated, to protect against infectious diseases, including COVID-19.

Vulnerable patients, such as the elderly, individuals with weakened immune systems, and those undergoing treatments, are at higher risk of severe illness or death from infectious diseases.

Requiring everyone in healthcare settings to wear masks is a crucial preventive measure to reduce the spread of diseases, including COVID-19, and protect patients from airborne infections.

Masks act as a barrier, preventing transmission and safeguarding the health of patients and healthcare workers alike.

Pakistan's government is warning it could take up to six months for floodwaters to recede, after record monsoon rains and glacial meltwater left a third of Pakistan's territory underwater.

  • 6 months of no food
  • 6 months of no work
  • 6 months of no sanitary facilities
  • 6 months of no clean water
  • 6 moths of waterborn diseases

Pakistan’s government is warning it could take up to six months for floodwaters to recede, after record monsoon rains and glacial meltwater left a third of Pakistan’s territory underwater. The flooding uprooted 33 million people and has claimed over 1,400 lives. Public health officials are warning of the growing threat of #waterborne #diseases like #cholera and #dengue.

On Monday, #Pakistan’s Army raced to shore up #flood defenses at a major power station in the southern province of Sindh, which supplies electricity to millions of people. Nearby, a major dust storm uprooted hundreds of tents at a camp for people recently made homeless by the climate disaster.

The Journal of Global Health Reports has published a study facilitated by the Acupuncture Relief Project (1). The article, titled "Non-communicable disease risk factors and prevalence within Thaha, Makwanpur, Nepal" (2) was a major undertaking the organisation and is hoped to contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of health issues in Nepal. Its baseline data will be utilised to guide the development of more efficacious healthcare programs, services, and facilities in the Thaha municipality, in addition to providing an adaptive assessment of their efficacy over time.

Cheers to acupuncturists who work hard and contribute to their communities, everywhere!
