Iran have upgraded many of it's "Karrar" drones with air-to-air missiles in preparation of an Israeli/American attacks against the country.

Karrar is the first long range drone with defensive capabilities.

IRI claims that they have over 100 Karrar missiles/Drones in operation and producing many more daily.

Ever since the #Ukraine war, Iran has increased it's production of various offensive and defensive drones for domestic and export purpose. The most famous Iranian drone, Shahed 136/131 is now being produced by #Russia, #Belarus, #Uzbekistan and #Yemen possibly more countries and other countries have copied the design with similar or same capabilities.

It took less than a week after the first news of Iranian anti aircrafts and cruise missiles that the propaganda machine of Pentagon/Ukraine put the blame of Russian shooting down 14 helicopters and fighter jets of Ukraine in the past 2 weeks on the Iranian Karrar drone!

The war in Ukraine is not going well, neither for Russia nor Ukraine. The losses are astronomical both in material and staff Ukraine is blowing up Russian tanks, artillery and rocket launchers with their western supplied missiles and drones and Russia has been doing the same, but also shooting down more and more of Ukrainian fighter jets and military helicopters.

For Ukraine, the #Gaza conflict has been the worst while the election of anti Ukrainian leaders in #Czech republic and US are making it harder for them to receive a blank check and unlimited supply of weapons.

In the mean time they keep trying to blame Iran for their failure so they can get more sympathy from the people who are high on emotions right now.

#Iran's first interceptor drone

The Air Defense Force of Iran has successfully equipped the jet-powered #drone “Karrar-3” with an infrared-guided, air-to-air “Majid” missile, said Brig.-Gen. Alireza Sabahifard yesterday (22 ⁠Oct).

After 1.5 year of research and trial, the “Majid” AD-08 surface-to-air missile was turned into air-to-air. The warhead can detonate various aerial targets with a 700-m to 8-kilometer range. #Karrar is the first Iranian #military drone with a record service ceiling of 47,000 feet (14.3 ⁠km).

The name of this project is “Rasoul”. It provides the ability to quickly respond to drone attacks.

Ukrainian telegram channels claim that Iran is providing a much more advanced Karrar drones to Russia.

These drones can have a 250kg payload and reach targets of upto 500km.

There is absolutely no information backing this claim of the use of such drones by Russian army.
