Found this sleeper hiding on a long-open tab /TMI
Of note, this was shared in 2017, before the slew of new archival footage appeared in 2022, via the film Get Back.
This is from a much earlier time, 1966 - working on the transformational "Revolver" - as their fame and song catalog were exploding, along with creativity and chemistry.Even in this period, a glimpse into their rehearsal and first takes truly captures their genius.
The track is labeled "acoustic guitar" but it sounds to me like 'the boys' are playing on their electric guitars, "unplugged".
The harmonies and magic are still amazing to behold, especially the new takes most of us haven't heard endlessly.

If you're a super-fan who knows lots of Beatles music and history - do see "Get Back" (Disney Plus now).
I saw Part 1 tonight and wow... Closeup on the two weeks before they were to give a "final concert" and project involving TV show, live event somehow ("for the world") but without finalized plans or well rehearsed songs (or Billie Preston) until just days before. And George walks away from the Beatles with just days to go. End part 1.
Anyway, as The Beatles balance new/evolving material - some Abbey Road, some brand new which you can watch them writing - they go back and forth on which if any oldies from their early days they should include. One which they come up with as a good performance number live is this one:
