#NATO says it began preparing for a confrontation with #Russia 14 years before the special operation. According to Admiral Rob Bauer, head of the alliance's military committee, NATO's #military plans to counter Russia "run to 4,500 pages".

"In fact, the military's work began in 2008 to shift our thinking back to the principles of collective defence. This was necessary because of the behaviour of Russia, which had been a NATO partner for more than 15 years, but then #Georgia in 2008, Ukraine in 2014 and 2022 happened. The biggest change in NATO has been to prepare for [confronting] an increasingly aggressive adversary," he said.

_US is not looking for domination of the whole world. _

It is just that they want to make sure their almost one trillion dollar budget can be justified and maybe try to hit the 100 bases worldwide.

It all for the greater good. To keep the freedom and democracy in the world guards. Except for those countries that have oil, or close to US enemies or sitting on minerals US government needs for American Business. Then dictators are ok and freedom is only for the economical activities not political.

It is nice to see CodePink being the only movement who is telling the truth about war hungry madness that exist among world leaders and also connect their criminal activities to green house gasss and climate change.

Sadly they are one of the only ones these days.

That would be unacceptable!

US is really acting like they have unlimited money and resources to fight wars all over the planet.

From Venezuela, to Cuba, Somalia, Syria, Ukraina, Iran and Taiwan, the US forces are acting like they are the police of the world and dictate what others allowed to do and don't.

It is just sad that the peace movement in Europe is almost dead and .ost Europeans living in the fear of Russia while the US setting the world on fire (again).

Another major popular lie of the war was debunked by CNN.

So it seems like the Russian media showing the sailors surrendered and were taken off the island was not propagate, but the truth and "Russian ship, go fuck yourself" was a other Jessica Lynch story!

Once again the old cliche of "the first casually of war is the truth" is proven valid!

But at least they are welcomed by the neighboring countries and will receive help.

Unlike the Irqis, Afghans, Syrians, Sudanese, Yemenis and Palestinians who no one wants to help.
