Creamy chanterelle pasta with bacon - Simple and amazingly good!
Ingredients

4
portions
500 grams of chanterelles
1 package of bacon
2 tablespoons of butter
2 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
4 dl of whipped cream
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 tablespoons finely chopped thyme
100 grams of parmesan
400 grams of fresh pasta
salt and pepper..
