I didn't do a great job, but at least she doesn't lookike a homeless dog any more. I need to buy scissors that are safe to trim her fur because the ones I have are not safe and I'm afraid I may poke her in the face of eye.
Tomorrow is bath time.
Love using the bread maker as mixer. Makes life so much easier.
Half a cube of yeast (20g), 3tbs of sugar, mixed in a warm glas of water and left aside for about 30 minutes.
190g whole wheat and 190g white flour.
3 TBS of milk powder.
1 table spoon of salt and 4 table spoon of olive of l.
Added almost one glas of warm water.
Mixed in the breead and let it rise for half an hour.
Then dividend it into 4, and made 4 lengths, brushed with mix of milk and butter and let it rise in the oven for 40 minutes and then baked in the middle of the oven at 250°C for about 35 minutes.
Almost no work and just one item to wash!
Ps. Forgot to ass sesame seeds on top of them

It's much less messy than doing it in the mixer and less items to wash.
Plus it keeps the dough warm during the rising.
Will bake 8 pita today and if it works, maybe some pizza tonight

I have been giving her quick shower to keep her clean, but I finally got her into the bathtub and gave he a full scrubby bath. She pretends she doesn't like it, but after the bath she was so happy and playful and of course hungry.
She finished a whole bowl of her food with added sausage and tomatoes and a spoon of my tomato sauce to trick her so she is satisfied with eating the same food as I am.
With belly full and tired from shower, she is back in her bed sleeping on her clean sheets.
Last week we had a pretty heavy wind and rain storm that broke a few of the plants/trees at the park next door. One of them is the large beautiful tree with gorgeous white flowers that lost one of it's branches.
Today I asked the gardener if I could take it and he said OK and wanted to help me cut it, but I had Mellie with me and couldn't carry it with me, so I went back in the afternoon, cut it off from the tree (it was hanging and barely connected to the tree), remove about 10-12 of the leaves and then wrapped it together and put it in a bag I brought with me.
I will send more pictures of it at home, but it ended up being a bigger challenge that I expected and it is MUCH too big for my littler balcony. But if I am lucky and manage to get it rooted, it is going to be an amazing addition for my future house.

I have almost no money left after my trip to Sweden and Nellie's vet visit cost way more than anticipated.
I have enough food to last me a month, I may have to stretch it a bit, be more creative and asd more pasta to my soups but it's the only way to catch up with the big credit card bill I have.
Ot has been an increase of big garbage bags left on the street lately. It's turning into a big problem, specially with seagulls breaking them to look for food and throwing garbage around everywhere.
The 2 pictures are taken literally 3 steps from each other. One where people leave garbage by the can, the other they just leave on the sidewalk.
I honestly don't understand people any more.
She wasn't happy that I put a cover on, but accepted it with giving me a dirt look.
Now she is snoring and farting like crazy. Don't know what she picked up at park but she keep going back to the same place hoping to find more and this morning I saw her chewing on something and eating it before I could react.
I bought some bread and a croissant the other day when we were walking, now she stops at the front of the bakery whenever we pass it. She really really really loves #croissant.
But Mellie still sits like this looking at the kids playground area waiting for them..
I honestly never seen her being attached to a strangers child before, but she really miss that little girl. I have no idea why,It's so sweet.

The bed is a bit small for Mellie, but it works fine for her laying down on the balcony enjoying the Mediterranean sun.
She really seems to enjoy it too. She just got on it right when I put it down. Looking at me with a face saying "finally you got me something soft".
