To answer the question: not really, since bumbles don't make honey AND because they are burrowers into the ground, they're threatened by those with cared-for lawns because they require chemical pickling to be "manicured". #Landback

Something I've noticed is that the blueberry bush and blackberry bushes in my garden were smothered by bumblebees.
