The Lamb's Festal Procession 1/10/4000 (62)
- And when they drew near unto Yruwshâláim, unto Bëyth-Phaggéy and Bëyth-Aníy, towards the Mount of the Olives, He dispatches two of His pupils, 2. And says to them: "Go into the village, the one opposite us, into the corral from in front of you, and immediately entering into it, ye will find a donkey, beside a colt, tied up, upon which not one son of the dirt-man (’âthâ´m) has sat. Loose them and lead them to Me. 3. And if anyone might say to you: "Why do ye do this?" Say: "Yâ-hwéh (63) has a need for it." And he will send it out immediately hither." 4. And they departed, and found the colt tied before the door outside, at the fork in the road, and they loosened it, 5. But some of those standing there said to them: "What are ye doing, loosening the colt?" 6. And they said to them just as Yâhuwshúa` commanded, and they sent them forth. 7. And they led the colt before Yâhuwshúa, and they threw their garments upon him, and He rode upon him, 8. so many shall1 strew the ones, the garments of theirs, on The Way, but others shall be slaughtering the branches outside from the ones of the fields, 9. so those going before Him and those following Him have been crying out, saying: "... Save now! ... Blessed is the One coming by the name of Yâ-hwéh! [Songs 118:26, Yâhuwchânâ´n's Glad Tidings 5:43] 10. Blessed is the kingdom of our father, Dâwíth, which is coming by the name of Yâ-hwéh! Save now from the heights!" 11. And Yâhuwshúa entered into Yruwshâláim and into the temple, and having looked around at everything, and as the hour already was late, He went out unto Bëyth-Aníy with the twelve. 12. And at daybreak, when they had gone out from Bëyth-Aníy, He hungered. 13. And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, He went if perhaps He would find anything on it. And having come upon it, He found nothing except leaves, for it was not the season of figs. 14. And Yâhuwshúa, responding, said to it: "Let no one eat any more fruit from you for the ages." And His pupils heard. 15. [And they came to Yruwshâláim,] and having entered into the temple, Yâhuwshúa began to throw out those selling and buying within the temple, and He overthrew the tables of the coin-dealers, and the seats of those selling the doves, 16. And did not permit that anyone should trade articles in the temple. [ZkharYâ´hu 14:21] 17. And He taught, saying to them: "Hasn't it been written: '...For My house shall be called "Bëyth-Tphillâ´h" (a house of prayer) for all of the peoples.' [Yshá'Yâhuw 56:7, MattithYâ´huw 21:13] But ye have made it a "M'âráth Pâritsíym" (cavern of robbers)!" [YirmYâ´huw 7:11] 18. And the scribes and the chief priests heard it, and they sought how they should destroy Him, for they feared Him, because all the crowd was astonished at His teaching. 19. And when evening came, He traveled out from the city. 20. And prior to nightfall, passing by, they saw the fig tree, dried up from the roots. 21. And Këph, having remembered, says to Him: "Rabbíy, look, the fig tree which You cursed is dried up!" 22. And responding, Yâhuwshúa says to them: "Have in you the certainty of Yâ-hwéh. 23. For ’âmë´n (certainly) I say to you that whoever might say to this mountain: "You will be taken away and you shall be cast into the sea." And shall not hesitate in his heart, rather shall believe that what he says takes place, there shall exist whatever of his he shall say. 24. For this reason, I say to you: All things whatsoever ye ask, praying, believe that ye shall receive it, and it shall be yours. 25. And when ye may stand, praying, if ye have anything against anyone, release it from you, in order that also your Father Who is in the heavens may release from you your offenses. 26. But if ye do not release it from you, neither is your Father Who is in the heavens releasing your offenses from you." 27. And they came again unto Yruwshâláim, and as He was walking around within the temple, the chief priests and the scribes and the elders came before Him, 28. And they said to Him: "By what authority do You perform these things? And Who gave this privilege to You, in order that You might do these things?" 29. And Yâhuwshúa, responding, said to them: "I also will ask you one thing, and respond to Me, then I will tell you by what authority I perform these things. 30. The immersion of Yâhuwchânâ´n: was it from the heavens? Or was it from dirt-men? Answer Me." 31. And they reasoned among their selves, saying: "If we should say to Him: 'From the heavens' He will say to us: 'Then why did ye not believe him?' 32. But if we should say: 'From dirt-men' there are the fears of the people; for all of them hold that Yâhuwchânâ´n is indeed a predicator!" 33. So they, responding, say to Yâhuwshúa: "We do not know." And Yâhuwshúa, responding, says to them: "Neither will I tell you by what Authority I perform these things." [MattithYâ´huw 21:28-32]
(62) 2 Moshéh 12:3 says this date is when the Lamb is taken to them, and to be cared for with them until the 14th, Exemption Day. This was the day Yâhuwshúa was brought into Yruwshâláim, and from then on, He stayed in its vicinity.
(63) The name had to have been used here. Had it been "’Athoníy" He ordered for them to say, then they would have been arrested as servants stealing for any master. Yâ-hwéh knows who are His, and who would gladly give Him their colt.
