Dans une démocratie, a-t-on le droit d’espionner les citoyens sur la base de leurs convictions ?
Le Monde diplomatique a publié au mois de septembre un article à propos d’une enquête réalisée par la chaîne #Al-Jazira, propriété du Qatar, sur l’action du #lobby #pro-israélien aux États-Unis. Orient XXI en a publié les versions arabe et anglaise. Ce documentaire, réalisé notamment grâce à un journaliste infiltré, devait être diffusé au début de l’année 2018. Il ne l’a finalement pas été, suite à un accord entre le gouvernement du Qatar et une partie du lobby pro-israélien qui a, en échange, accepté d’adopter une attitude neutre dans le conflit entre l’Arabie saoudite et le petit émirat. Ayant eu accès au documentaire, Le Monde diplomatique et #OrientXXI en avaient divulgué les éléments essentiels.
Orient XXI a décidé, avec Electronic Intifada aux États-Unis et Al-Akhbar au Liban, de rendre public ce documentaire. Il y va du droit à l’information. Car cette enquête, après celle réalisée par la même chaîne sur le lobby au Royaume-Uni, pose des questions de fond : dans une démocratie, a-t-on le droit d’espionner les citoyens sur la base de leurs convictions ? Le documentaire contient d’autres révélations, comme la manière dont les journalistes américains sont « pris en charge » à Jérusalem, cornaqués, mais aussi alimentés en sujets « clés en main » qu’ils n’ont plus qu’à diffuser aux États-Unis ; ou les pressions exercées sur les médias et les agences de presse pour qu’ils modifient leurs dépêches ou leurs articles…

Jahresvergleich 2022 - Dezember hat verkackt!
Hier ist sie nun, unsere Statistik für das Jahr #2022 für #Photovoltaik und #Stromverbrauch:
Eigentlich wollte ich mal so richtig schimpfen auf den #Dezember, weil es sich schon seit Anfang des Monats abzeichnete, dass Dezember die in ihn gesetzten Hoffnungen nicht erfüllen würde: Den Jahresrekord von 2018 einzustellen und erstmals 2x im Jahr einen 10-MWh-Zählersprung feiern zu können. Beides hat er kläglich verkackt!
Am Ende haben wir 11.733 KWh #Solarstrom erzeugen können. Das ist eine richtig gute Zahl, aber halt 37 KWh weniger als Rekordhalter #2018. Also 'nur' Platz 2.
Ich habe aber trotzdem noch Trost in der #Statistik gefunden, denn beim Gesamtverbrauch (Strombezug + Eigenverbrauch) haben wir erstmals satte 1,5 MWh weniger #Strom verbraucht. Wenn auch unsere Maßnahmen zum #Energiesparen da vermutlich weniger Einfluss gehabt haben dürften als der Auszug von T1 und der vergleichsweise milde #Winter.

Go Dezember, go!
Nach 5x Monatsbester sollte man meinen, dass #2022 automatisch den neuen Spitzenreiter im großen #Jahresvergleich #Photovoltaik stellen wird.
Aber so einfach ist das nicht, #2018 gibt sich nicht so leicht geschlagen. Da wurden nämlich 11.770 kWh #Solarstrom geerntet, das ist die Messlatte.
Am 1. Dezember 2022 liegen wir bei 11.500 kWh - es fehlen noch 270 kWh zur Egalisierung.
Ob das wirklich klappt, ist fraglich - in den letzten Jahren war das im Dezember eher selten der Fall und die letzten Tage sehr duster.
Boah, das wird spannend. Daumen drücken!
