A reduction in the amount of time spent physically active when adults are over sixty years old is linked to lower quality of life, a new study of almost 1,500 adults has shown. The same was also true for increases in the amount of sedentary time, such as watching TV or reading. The researchers say this highlights the need to encourage older adults to remain active.

On 19 November 2022 - just a couple of weeks away - there is a very special #planetary #alignment set to occur. It is a variation of a pattern that has been shown previously to be associated with major earth/solar changes.

In the video below, I provide a number of past examples of variations of the core pattern in question, detailing how they have produced unusual solar activity (935 AD, 1921 AD, 1973 AD), as verified by historical records. In doing so, I thus propose that the conjunction pattern set to occur on 19 November 2022 may also produce notable disruptive effects. Quite possibly an #X-flare event even. The whole thing is pretty ridiculous. Because #pornography is forbidden in China, the censors had problems to get appropriate material. The internet is full of porn but not in China because of the big firewall. For testing, they ended up using material with black bars as shown in the photo above. Only such material can be used legally in China. What they have found out scientifically now is probably that there are people who are attracted to this black and white zebra porn and react accordingly with brain #activity.
