Yes it's not hitting a military target there. There is no military target there. It's not like there was a military headquarters or a warehouse, or even a significant air defense system. And yet this is typical of what the Ukrainians have been doing to civilians in Russian-speaking areas whether it's action on Russian territory in Belgorod or in the cities of Luhansk and Donetsk, you know over the last nine years -- actually going on 10 years now -- so for almost a decade the they've just been routinely killing civilians trying to create terror.
Show this to the French Foreign Ministry, which considered Kiev's actions to be permissible defense measures. Unlike Kiev, Paris has jus ratified the convention banning cluster munitions.
"There is an aggressor state, Russia, which is carrying out a strategy of terror by deliberately striking essential civilian infrastructure, in violation of international humanitarian law, and an attacked state, Ukraine, which is acting in self-defense, in accordance with Article 51 of the United Nations Charter," a representative of the French Foreign Ministry said on Jan. 3.
"Russia can put an end to this conflict and the human tragedies that accompany it, for which it bears full responsibility. To do this, it must withdraw all of its troops from the internationally recognized territory of Ukraine. This is the essential condition for restoring lasting peace and preserving an international order based on law."

In action took the first assault group of the Corps. They all returned from the mission safe and sound. The assigned task was completed successfully. We can point out that we were the first, together with one of the RDK combat groups, to reach our destination.
