I love stone bridges very much. A few nights ago I had a dream about one. The human brain is so incredible. It will analyze many things and then present you with it's conclusion in a dream.
- I saw a wonderful stone bridge, and then the stones began to fall. I was shocked! What has happened? The sight was so shocking that it woke me up. I have since pondered its meaning.
* The foundation of my country, America, is its laws. Our entire legal system is falling to pieces, and soon, our once strong government will be intentionally destroyed. I don't know what will be left of it.
* Our environment is collapsing. The air, water, land and seasons. What we used to count on, and take for granted, is no more.
* A treasured relationship is collapsing. There seems to be nothing I can do. Perhaps love will come shining through, but it seems as sad and hopeless as the stones falling from the stone bridge.
* Today I have read the news that the governments of France and Germany are collapsing. It seems impossible, but there it is.

Plötzlich findet man sich in Straßen wieder, auf denen Polizei ihre Runden läuft, und der Blick in die hell erleuchteten Auslagen macht erahnbar, warum. Kontakt mit Realitäten, die unvertraut sind, die sich umso fremder und kälter anfühlen, je mehr man nachdenkt über ihre Werte, ihr Weltbild und alles, was ihnen sonst noch anhaftet. Und dann bleibt man in Bewegung und läuft einfach weiter und biegt um Ecken und ist schließlich froh, wieder woanders zu sein, während der Abend still wird. (Have a peaceful night wherever you are!)

#Russia's full-scale #invasion of #Ukraine exacerbated fears of a potential open conflict between Moscow and NATO, and #Lithuania, bordering Russia's ally #Belarus and Kaliningrad, would be one of the first countries threatened by such a clash.

Kaliningrad Oblast is a small but heavily armed territory lodged between the Baltic Sea and NATO members Poland, and Lithuania. Russia's Baltic Sea Fleet has its headquarters and main base located there.

Today we travelled to the #CityOfBath, which is just over an hour away by train, making it suitable for a day trip. We cycled to our #RailwayStation and left our #bikes there. In #Bath, we only used pubic #buses and walked everywhere; we were lucky that although today had been planned well in advance, the weather was wonderful.

After a quick visit in the morning to the #UniversityOfBath, we spent most of our time wandering around the centre of the #city. The #RoyalCrescent has houses on its perimeter, curved in a #CircularArc, overlooking a park on the lower slopes.

The #RiverAvon flows through the city and here, you can see it and also one of the famous #bridges, called #PulteneyBridge, which has shops over the span.

There's a nice walk along a stretch of the #river and here you can see the bridge from which the last #photograph was taken. I like the reflection of the river on the underside of the #arch.

#BathAbbey is made of the same stone that most of the #city is made and it gives a uniformity and harmony giving #Bath a unique character.

Die Entwickler des #Anonymisierungsdienstes #Tor (The Onion Router) haben eine neue Art von #Tor #Bridges eingeführt, sogenannte #Webtunnel. Damit sollen Nutzer sich auch von starken #Zensurmaßnahmen betroffenen Netzwerken aus ins Tor-Netzwerk und von da aus in alle Welt verbinden können.

Webtunnel sollen Zensurmaßnahmen umgehen, indem sie verschlüsselten #Web-Traffic (HTTPS) imitieren. In der Webtunnel-Ankündigung schreiben die Tor-Entwickler, dass die Nutzdatenverbindung dabei in Websocket-artige HTTPS-Verbindungen verpackt werden. Für Außenstehende sehe das genau aus wie eine HTTPS- respektive Websocket-Verbindung. Wer den #Traffic untersucht, sieht dadurch vermeintlich User ganz normal im #Web surfen.
