В рамках недавнего интервью у RICKEY MEDLOCKE спросили, есть ли шансы на то. что выйдет новый альбом LYNYRD SKYNYRD:

«Мы обсуждали это с Johnny и начали эти разговоры еще до того, как ушел Гэри. Мы заговорили о новой пластинке, потому что у нас есть столько песен, которые мы написали вместе или в соавторстве с другими людьми. Боже мой, у нас тонна материала. И мы решили: "Слушайте, давайте соберем этот материал, соберем его вместе и сделаем еще одну пластинку". И знаете что? Мы с Johnny обсуждали этот вопрос. И я полагаю, что в какой-то момент это может стать реальностью, потому что я бы хотел, чтобы некоторые из этих мелодий, в создании которых принимал участие Гэри, были выпущены. У нас есть записи, у нас есть пленки, на которых мы сидим, разговариваем, смеемся, шутим, и вы слышите, как говорит Гэри. Это здорово».
